Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.

  • No physical shipping is required

  • Access or download instructions are provided after successful payment

  • No shipping fees apply to digital products

Print-on-Demand Books (Lulu Direct Fulfillment)

Physical books are printed and shipped on demand through Lulu Direct, a third-party print and fulfillment provider.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically printed and processed within 3–5 business days

  • Processing times may vary based on volume, holidays, or production issues

Shipping Time

  • Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Destination

    • Package weight

    • Selected shipping method

  • Cloud Forest Publishing, LLC does not control carrier pricing

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and destination.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require repurchase

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by address errors

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Because physical books are fulfilled by a third-party provider:

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays

  • We do not guarantee delivery dates

  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments may require verification and are handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the fulfillment provider

No Returns or Refunds on Print-on-Demand Items

All physical books are produced specifically for each order.

  • No returns or exchanges

  • No refunds for buyer’s remorse or ordering errors

  • Replacements may be considered only for verified manufacturing defects

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes or duties

  • Carrier delays beyond our control

These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
