These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, access, and use of products and services provided by Cloud Forest Publishing, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.

1. Digital Products and Licensing

All products are provided as licensed digital content, not sold outright. Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or upload content

• Use content for training others, commercial purposes, or derivative works

• Remove copyright notices or branding

2. Intellectual Property

All content—including text, images, diagrams, videos, branding, logos, and course materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of Cloud Forest Publishing, LLC, protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

3. No Guarantees

Educational and informational content is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, earnings, physical ability, health, or skill acquisition.

Martial arts and physical practices carry inherent risk. You assume full responsibility for your use of any information provided.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Forest Publishing, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Injury, loss, or damages arising from use or misuse of content

• Technical interruptions, errors, or platform failures

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to content or services if these terms are violated, without refund.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
